"It was nice…had a sink issue but it was quickly corrected"

"This location was run down and smelled horrendous. The staff told us they were under construction. This was not made available to us when we booked. Choose this for buffet breakfast and pool. Neither was available! Very disappointed. "

"I was told I could get a refund through my 3rd party and they declined it, toilet didn't flush and dirty bed sheets. I didn't even stay I drive home."

"The room was great, nice beds, full kitchen, etc. The issues started when we settled in to the room. Turned on the TV to see a message indicating "Antenna not secure, check cable connection." Went to the front desk to ask about it whereby the person at the desk indicated, "I dont know what's wrong with the TV, maintenance will be here in the morning maybe you can ask them." The other issue, the room had no towels when we arrived with a sign indicating you had to ask for them. I went to the front desk at 7:45am on Saturday and asked for towels but was told, "Housekeeping isn't here and we don't have any towels." They weren't major issues but we would consider going to anotehr property for these reasons. "

"We were in town for a comedy show having chose this hotel as we stayed here a fee months ago with an excellent experience. Front desk was friendly when checking in. Check-in was easy. Room clean. The beds (we had 2 queen beds) were clean, but man were the mattresses hard. A/C worked great. Shower was nice. We wanted to connect our laptop to the tv for streaming. Had great difficulty getting the connection to work. TV input would not work. Bought a universal remote and that fixed it. One of the drawers on the dresser wouldnt stay shut. Seems the dresser was tilted a smidge? Smoke alarm battery started beeping. Called the front desk for replacement and they were there within 10 minutes. All in all great stay. Just very minor annoyances. 8/10. Will stay again next time we are in Columbus. "

"The staff was just okay and very unorganized. They don’t have keycards. They make you do an unexpected $100 deposit. The place is very run down although our bed and bathroom was clean they give you stained towels and watch you don’t slip in the bath tub. It appears they are trying to clean the place up. But again you get what you pay for on a budget."

"The property cancelled my reservation without even notifying me! I had to stay with friends due to not being able to book another hotel in the area because of high demand."

"Did not actually have breakfast available. Keycard had to be reset once a day. Bathroom floor was wet when I checked in since the sink was left on before I came in. Burn marks in bed sheets. Could hear everything in every room, hallway or on other side of window, even a key falling on ground like it was 5 feet from me. "

"I honestly have been disappointed the last few times I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are getting smaller or maybe my kids are just getting big. But the room smelled like stinky feet. The bed had lit all over. The door on the bathroom was broke my mom got locked in. The swimming pool was kinda dirty this go round! The pool closed early for some reason that is generally why we picked the Embassy. But the breakfast was really good. "
