"Going up the stairs to our room smelt like a rotten produce section. The air conditioner was not working at all it was so sticky in our room. The shower curtain was ripped all across the top There was no room darkening curtains and the staff lady who checked us in was very standoffish. I might be too if I worked at a truckers hotel… it close to what we wanted to do so we didn’t have to travel far"

"Teenagers running up and down the hall screaming until after midnight (shame on their parents or chaperones- these were sports teams teenagers). Room with a "shower/tub combo" per the room specs was only a shower (I specifically booked this hotel so I could take a bath with Epsom salt for my throbbing foot), and breakfast meat at the hotel was greasy chicken tenders- not bacon, sausage, or ham. Egg rounds were also room temperature at best. So I paid about $175 for the night to not be able to sleep until around 1AM, not have a bath and soak my foot, and have disgusting breakfast options. Absolute worst stay ever for this chain, which has always been my go to for personal and business travel (10+ room nights a year). Am going to have to find a new place to start staying."

"When you look from the outside, the building is old looking, however, when you enter the building the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building and rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We left a tablet behind and they called us to let us know. Great customer service. Sam the property manager was awesome !!!"
