If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family. Light and spacious 4 bed caravan with full side decking. The caravan includes 4 bedrooms - 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms, sleeping 8 total in beds. There is a main family bathroom including shower and basin, plus a separate toilet. Lovely living room including plenty of benched seating, Smart TV and a separate kitchen area. LOUNGE – Cosy sitting room with plenty of comfy free standing sofa seating for all the family. TV, Freeview and DVD Player KITCHEN – Spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen perfect for sociable cooking with fridge and under counter freezer. BEDROOMS – 2 double rooms, with 2 twin rooms. BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with shower and sink. Plus a separate toilet PARKING - Private parking beside the caravan This caravan does not have its own Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is available on site from Wifinity starting at £3.99\. Please go to Parkdean reception for further details DISTANCE TO PLAY AREA - 1-2 minute walk DISTANCE TO BEACH – 3-4 minute walk DISTANCE TO ENTERTAINMENT – 1-2 minute walk All bookings include linen and towels dressed onto the beds plus a cleaning pack Important Information \*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability. The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book. The passes can be purchased via us at the same price as park and we leave them in the property for you for when you arrive. If you would like a quote for us to provide these please message. \*Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking. \*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own.
