The cottage has a lovely view of the remaining mediaeval entrance to the old citadel of Rye. Two double bedrooms, bath, shower, fully equipped kitchen, wood burning stove, central heating and an outside terrace with seating. There is fantastic access to coast and countryside. The cottage was cosy and perfect for a small family. We stayed over the Rye Bonfire night and we couldn’t have chosen a better location, directly on the procession route. We had a bird’s eye view from the upstairs bedrooms and a short walk to the actual bonfire and firework site. It is a great location. I short walk into the beautiful village of Rye and to wake up to the view of The Landgate was fantastic.
