"I stay here with my granddaughters 7 & 10 when visiting family. It makes our time together easy. Pool is great. Never crowded. Breakfast is convenient. Also the dining area can be used to sit and eat other times of the day. Grocery store within walking distance."

"This room could not have been any more cuter! Retro 50s/60s vibe but in such a cool way - not a single tacky thing. Everything was as promised. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was perfect, and it was all clean. The pool was heaven on earth. Self check-in and out was easy breezy. I can't wait to go back!"

"Perfect as described! Best location in Rye NH to stay at beach. Host and Hostess could not be a nicer couple and it was a pleasure staying there. A/C was Ice cold and the house had everything we needed including beach chairs. The house is exactly as shown and we are a full crowd with multiple dogs in tow. The hosting couple could not have been more patient and helpful. We even needed to stay an xtra night and they were very accommodating. The house is exactly as it shows in photos which was great. Nice deck with grill, great yard and one of the top streets in Rye. Worth every dime. We would stay tgere again and recommend."

"We had a spectacular visit in July with our extended family. It was the perfect place to hold our family reunion of 24 people. The property had so much old charm with all the comforts of home and a wonderful location to just hang out, go to the beach or shop and eat in Portsmouth. We would not hesitate to do it again and we appreciated the care and communication provided by Chelsi."

"This was our second stay at this property. We absolutely love the home and location. There are so many great extras that make it a heaven for boys and convenience for parents. It has everything you could possibly need. We were a bit disappointed this year that the downstairs bedroom no longer has a bunk bed. We were planning to put three 12-year olds in that room. Instead we took the twin mattress from the upstairs bedroom and put it on the floor. It worked out for us but might not have if we had brought more guests. The upstairs air conditioner had not been emptied so it stopped working. There were no provisions to empty it ourselves (like perhaps a hose or tray??) so my 20-year old held it up as high as he could so we could drain some water into a baking pan. It worked for a while but he wasn't able to hold it long enough to drain all the water, so in the morning it was off again. These are minor compared with all the positives. This year my kids were all about the tandem bike, skateboard and the proximity to Summer Sessions surf shop and store/cafe. We also made a reservation in advance to the Carriage House 2 blocks away and that made the trip for me. Amazing food and service!! We will be back to this property. It's clean and comfortable, spacious enough and the beds and linens are great."

"We had a fantastic stay at this charming beach house! It was the perfect size for our family of four—cozy and welcoming.The location truly cannot be beaten. We loved being just a short walk/drive from the beach, and having so many different, vibrant beach towns just minutes away made exploring the area incredibly easy. We spent our days hopping between different boardwalks, shops, and local restaurants, and it was always wonderful to come back to this quiet, peaceful home base.A quick tip for future guests: you may want to pack beach towels and your favorite hair conditioner, as those weren’t stocked during our stay. The house also doesn't have a full-length mirror, so plan your outfits accordingly!Overall, these were minor details in comparison to the wonderful hospitality and prime location. We would absolutely love to stay here again for our next coastal family vacation. Highly recommended!"
