"Isabelle est d'une gentillesse incroyable, nous sommes arrivés tard sans problème, la communication a toujours été rapide et fluide. La chambre est parfaite, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Très beau décor pour commencer la visite des marchés de Noël alsaciens et le panier du petit déjeuner est un réel plus qui montre la générosité et l'hospitalité des hôtes. Mille mercis !"

L'appartement est bien équipé en vaisselle et électroménager. L'ensemble est très rustique. Literie moyenne, et point négatif , la propreté. Le rapport qualité prix est trop élevé selon nous. "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ds cet hébergement situé proche du centre ville et des autres grandes villes ( Riquewihr, Colmar...), on trouve juste en face un carrefour contact avec station service, en ce qui concerne l'accueil, Mr et Mme Ludwig sont très sympathiques, disponibles et veillent au bien être de leurs clients, le logement quant à lui est très propre, avec le nécessaire pour le séjour et une bonne literie! Nous n'hésiterons à y retourner ! Merci"

"Pros: Sehr gute ausgestattetes Haus mit Terrasse und Blick in den sehr gut gepflegten Garten mit vielen schönen Blumen und in den Wald. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. 50m entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in dem man alles notwendige kaufen kann. Cons: Leider befindet sich das Haus etwas entfernt vom Stadtzentrum von Kaysersberg. Die Lage der Toilette unter der Treppe ist etwas eng und es befindet sich kein eigenes Waschbecken dort, für den Urlaub störte es aber nicht weiter."
