Schönes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind sauber. Altstadt ist in 15min fussläufig entfernt. Auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man schöne Bars und Restaurants zum verweilen.

The good: - supportive on first day to leave luggage on early arrival - air conditioning worked thankfully and you could adjust the fan - comfortable beds and clean - Beautiful boutique venue - good massage - good variety of breakfast - most staff always willing to help - on dial for WhatsApp Improvements : - Staff overall until last day at breakfast we’re approachable, felt a bit that standards dropped and rushed, both staff and food - more could be done on tour organisation with clarity on fees, partners and promote tourism in a speedily manner (or drivers, even the locals at the bar with me the evening before we’re mortified - shower heads mean your pretty much up against the door. More could be thought about here - while I am small even i struggled Overall a gorgeous boutique, just focus more on engagement and visibility with guests, as opposed to just locals, to make it feel more welcoming- tourism is key for countries and the organised guides, tours and activities would really help make the place special and all rounded 5*. I’d love to come back - hopefully this can be done .

Pire hôtel de toute ma vie! Pas de tv, pas d'eau chaude tout le séjour, pas de lumière le soir dans le couloir et escaliers, ascenseur en panne le premier jour. Salle du petit déjeuner fermée les 3 jours , room service à 8h30 sans prévenir avec petit déjeuner imposé sans boissons et personne pour venir débarasser j'ai dû appeler 2 heures plus tard sinon ça restait toute la journée tel quel. Pas de ménage ni de changements serviettes pendant les trois jours. La salle de sport était fermée pendant deux jours. On m'a prévenu le jour de l'arrivée. Odeur nauséabonde dans les coursives de l'hôtel. Baignoire avec bonde cassée donc impossible de prendre un bain. Pas de peignoirs dans la chambre . Cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus que 3 petites étoiles. Seul point positif la chambre était propre et le staff de la réception était assez sympa. Mais je les plains car ils doivent encaisser h24 les plaintes des clients alors que ce n'est pas de leur faute à eux. Heureusement que le service client Expedia à été présent pour gérer tous les problèmes que j'ai eu pendant ce séjour horrible! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit. J'ai été contrariée pendant tout mon séjour car appeler à La réception pour enclencher la chaudière à chaque douche merci bien.

I cannot recommend staying at this hotel due to the way my concerns were handled. When I arrived, the room was warm, so I left one of my valuable personal cards in the room's card holder to keep the air conditioning running while I was out. After the first day, the card was missing. I reported it immediately, and the staff assured me they would investigate. Over the following days, I repeatedly asked for updates but received only vague responses. At checkout, I requested an explanation again. The head housekeeper, hotel manager, and owner became involved. Instead of addressing my concerns, they questioned whether I had left the card in the holder, insisted no staff member would have taken it because it had no value to them, and suggested I simply order a replacement. No one accepted responsibility or explained what had happened. The discussion delayed my departure for the airport, yet there was no apology, compensation, or gesture of goodwill. I acknowledge it was my mistake to leave the card in the room, and replacing it is possible, though inconvenient. However, the lack of transparency, accountability, and genuine concern was deeply disappointing and left me questioning the professionalism and honesty of the hotel's staff.
