The house comprises of 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is all on the one level. Enjoy gorgeous views over Oneroa bay and out towards the islands from the deck and straight out from the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to Longbeach or a 15 minute walk to Russell township where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. The large deck has plenty of space to catch the sun or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining area. Longbeach is a 10 minute walk away (2 minute drive) sand Russell township where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and tours is just 15 minutes walk (less than 5 minute drive). The second queen but is on the small side and would more comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children. Property views out onto long Beach were breath taking! Ciews can be enjoyed inside as the lounge is surrounded by glass - just always take note that when the doors are open and not, can look deceptively like thee glass doors are open when they are not! Walk into Russell is fairly easy, 15-20 minutes. Just take note it goes down a steep zigzag track which can be hard on some knees. You will also have to walk back up the same track so be prepared!
