Majestically positioned to enjoy breath-taking panoramic sea views across Oneroa Bay to Roberton and Urupukapuka islands, this sophisticated Qualmark accredited 5 Star luxury residence is ready for you to enjoy.

Accomodation of this calibre in the Bay of Islands is rare and always in demand.

Heaven NZ is a spectacular, elegant, three level home with open plan living spaces on the top level that open out to a spacious decking area. Floor to ceiling bi-fold doors on all three levels merge the outdoor spaces seamlessly into the living areas.

Heaven NZ is located up a private road within a gated community. It is positioned on a cliff top surrounded by natural bush complementing the spectacular views of the Bay of Islands.

The house sleeps 6 persons in 3 double bedrooms each having its very own luxurious bathroom.

There is a large open plan living area that has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards with a European flair.

State of the art entertainment systems include OLED televisions, Sky TV and a Sonos sound system throughout the house.

It’s a two-minute drive down to Russell town where the boutique shops and cafes along the waterfront wait for you to enjoy.

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors at one of many nearby coastal bush walks, explore popular diving spots, swimming beaches or simply sit back and relax in this stunning part of the Bay of Islands.

Russell Beauty!

Cannot say enough great things about this property! From the stunning views, modern retreat and fabulous decks to relax on…this place is top notch. The property manager had it well stocked prior to our visit (coffee, etc) We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.!!!
