"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "Very impressed with the hotel. Room/ en-suite were very clean and comfortable. Room 421 was at the back of the hotel overlooking their courtyard and was very quiet. Large selection of hot/ cold food at breakfast time. We are in the hotel a few times for dinner and again it was very nice and very reasonable, as were drink prices. Happy hour made them even cheaper! Hotel was a few minutes walk from a train station so perfect for going to salt mines/ Auschwitz. Perfect location to walk 10 mins one way to old town/ 10 mins walk the other way to Schindlers factory and on the edge of the Jewish quarter so only a few minutes to get there. Hotel was perfect in every which way for us!"
