It's a nice, clean, well maintained budget apart hotel. Close to the train and bus stations. We arrived late, so self check-in was easy and smooth. Spacious room. Very comfortable beds.

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful.
Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance.
It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view.

We have been using this hotels for years ! It is nice and convenient for the airport but the last few times when we returned it something new price are up for same hotel ! I should not pay for a parking as guest of the hotel or at least to have a 1 hour no charge / time is needed to check in and leave luggage in the room /2.40 euros for 40 min it is too much ! Additional charges on my credit card without explanation, shuttle service not available end up paying for Taxi !
Very disappointing!
