Elle n'est effectivement pas très vendeuse. Le piscine partagée n'est pas clairement indiquée dans le corps de l'annonce mais que lorsqu'on affiche le détail des équipements. De plus, elle est trop petite pour accueillir les 18 personnes potentielles de la copropriété. L'état général de l'appartement nécessiterait une bonne remise en état avant exploitation.
