Very well run city/town centre hotel. Very clean, great central location, good breakfast and nice restaurant & bar. The only negative was the lack of free parking spaces for hotel residents (only 6). Although there is an inexpensive pay & display car park at the rear of the hotel, with access to the hotel.

It's really nice, rooms aren't that big but comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast really nice!!!

From the moment we stepped inside the door, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the décor is modern and cosy, and the staff are lovely. I was on a business trip and specifically booked the Townhouse on the back of the highly positive online reviews. I wasn't disappointed. A one night visit to Perth was very well facilitated by the Sunbank House Hotel. Information sent to us in advance allowed us to plan our visit and thoroughly enjoy our stay. On the online booking form we requested a quiet room on the top floor and that is exactly what we got plus the added bonus of a lovely view of the abbey and other historic buildings. The hotel is located well away from the main road so no traffic noise. We had a meal in the bistro which had a good variety on the menu, all reasonably priced as were the drinks. We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags.
