"The hotel was run incredibly smoothly and with such heartfelt care all the while being very professional. The location was quiet and full of areas to relax yet within walking distance to the sad and abandoned ruins of the former Greek village Kayaköy. We lived this place for all the above listed reasons but for many they will enjoy staying here for the roomy and very comfortable room. The breakfast and the people responsible was spectacular! Thank you all for a memorable stay!"
"Çok kaliteli bir yerdi.
Aşçısıyla, personeliyle, işletme müdürüyle güleryüzlü insanların olduğu bir işletme.
Sanırım bugüne kadar kaldığım bu segment konaklama yerlerinin en iyisiydi.
Villa tasarımı, eşyaların kalitesi, temizliği ve olanaklarıyla büyüleyiciydi.
Daha uzun süre konaklamak için tekrar geleceğiz.
Özellikle Tanya Hanım’a teşekkür ederim."
"Completely renovated building with huge pool area.
Best location to visit the ghost city directly on the other side of the road.
Warm welcome with highly motivated hosts.

"Overall it was a great experience in quiet atmosphere. Hotel has very friendly staff, well organized with a huge dining space made in Turkish style. Separated houses available for accommodation or could be picked up just suits. Reception is available 24/7. All around of hotel are mountains with hiking option for travelers. Visit to Oludeniz is recommended for many kind of adventures as well. Regards from the U.S. traveler."
"Pros:
• Beautiful heritage-style hotel in a great location, next to the ghost town and near Ölüdeniz.
• Modern, unique rooms and a charming heritage-style pool.
• Popular restaurant on-site.
• Fridge stocked with water and juice on arrival.
• Breakfast from 9–11am with a good variety (can sleep in).
• 24/7 host support.
• Excellent shower water pressure.
Cons:
• Small parking area, but hosts were helpful in finding spots.
• Shower smelled like smoke; shower vs soap dispensers...
"Gorgeous property, welcoming staff, attentive service, idyllic locale, right on the beach. The hotel saved our Oludeniz trip and was a highlight of our trip to Turkey. Best breakfasts and food we had on our whole trip."
"Everything was wonderful. The only area of improvement is the food they serve. It was below my expectations. The breakfast was ok, not that special, a d yet, it was generous. Nevertheless, the lunch and dinner menu were indifferent."
"The property is so beautiful, the grounds are well looked after and the design of the gardens is stunning. The rooms were perfect. The staff are super friendly and really personable: they work so hard to make your stay and enjoyable one. The food was excellent. "
"Overall, it is a good place with very friendly and helpful staff. The flowers outside are beautiful, the chairs and a small table at the front door are very nice to have.
We arrived late and were put to the very old room with spots on the ceiling and mainly broken furniture. We stayed there only 1 night though - the room we moved into was really cosy and clean. Also, manager asked us to pay money in the end although I have already paid. It was all sorted after I showed him the bank transaction...

"We loved our stay in the peaceful surroundings of Yeldeğirmini Bungalows. Particularly the pool area, which was always peaceful, and the clever design of the larger huts with mezzanine sleeping for families. Comfy beds. The constant provision of cold water to refill bottles was very well received, as was the ever present supply of hot çay. One day a massive pot of aşure was cooked up over the fire for guests to try a pot, which was delicious and a lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty too (I only wish it was served earlier than 9.30am, grumbly tummies for early risers!). While nicely secluded, it’s a very easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants too. We particularly recommend the gözleme from Can Market and baked goods from Kökten Market, both less than 5 minutes walking."

Cons:
• Small parking area, but hosts were helpful in finding spots.
• Shower smelled like smoke; shower vs soap dispensers unlabeled; soap dispenser was empty, we notified the host but they didn’t bring us any despite saying they will - must have forgotten and we didn’t ask again.
• Loud music until midnight on first night due to Greek night at the restaurant (quiet on other nights).
• No Wi-Fi info given at check-in; would be helpful to provide a welcome sheet with details like Wi-Fi, breakfast, and checkout times.
• No cleaning service during stay.
• Breakfast timing (9am) isn’t ideal for early activities (we missed it for a 9am boat tour).
• Told checkout was at 12pm twice, but WhatsApp contact later said it was 11am—granted 12pm as an exception. Consistent communication would help."
"It was an amazing experience with an incredible environment ,nature and sea meet each other
Most important part the Hotel and staff including owner
very polite friendly service with smile
I plan to spend next vacation there again"
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were all incredibly friendly and responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, and if they had served dinner too, I would have happily eaten there every night.
While the hotel doesn’t have its own pool, don’t let that put you off. They’ve thought of everything! The owner kindly arranged for me to access a nearby pool free of charge - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Of course, that would be dependent on the availability at the pool, but I never had any issues with that, and it was a great solution.
Some might worry about noise because of how close the hotel is to the centre, but for me, the location was perfect. I loved being just a 2-minute walk from everything! And if you simply shut the bathroom window and balcony door and turn on the aircon, it’s peaceful and comfortable.
My favourite part? The mornings. Everyone else was still asleep, and I would enjoy my coffee in complete serenity, listening to birdsong and taking in the breathtaking view of the mountains. Truly mirific.
This place has heart, soul, and hospitality that’s hard to find. A hidden gem!
Shaban and team, I am looking forward to seeing you all again soon! Aida"
"I enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay at Seahorse, which is a short walk and even shorter drive to Belcekiz (Beljekiz) beach, from where you can hop on many a boat tour, shop for various items, enjoy delicious food, and relax while getting a Turkish bath and massage."
"Very quiet small boutique hotel would definitely stay again, very near the main walking area, plan to stay again, only concern was my balcony door didn’t lock. "
