The first floor has two bedrooms, each with two single box spring beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. There is also a separate toilet. In addition, you will find an infrared sauna on this floor.



Outside there is a spacious garden with a furnished terrace with a parasol. In addition, this villa has an internal storage room with a charging point for electric bikes.
