"I love this tables "

"This was a great location with an awesome view. The host was friendly and prompt with communications. We made a note to pay for trip insurance to cover our trip in case the weather showed snow/ice as the road/driveway is very steep. Kitchen appliances were good and stocked with above average cookware. They were kind enough to include two space heaters which we used downstairs. I would not recommend more than 6 people for this property, unless you bring your own air mattress. The foldout couch did not initially have a set of sheets the first night and seems to be breaking - I would not try to sleep adults on it. We were lucky in that we had 2 children, so one slept with us on the King and our other slept on the couch without folding it out.With exception to some dead flies in and around the windows the whole property was in great shape. You can tell that the hosts care deeply about the property and put much work into it. We would surely consider staying here again for our next Ruidoso trip."

"I stayed here with my familiy, a group of 25, this past december and everything was great!. The host responded promtly to every question that I had and he was very considerate. The house very spacious and with plenty of places to sleep. Great enviorment for the family and kids would highly recommend."

"Ashley was very quick to respond to my question and she gives clear instructions about everything. The house is beautiful inside. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, away from home, including all the modern amenities. We only used the master bedroom but the bed was very comfortable. Being able to see elk and deer, from the back deck, was a great addition to our stay. "
