Escape to this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin with a loft in the Upper Canyon of Ruidoso! Enjoy an open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and scenic views. Relax in the hot tub or on the spacious deck surrounded by nature. Stay connected with Alexa smart home features for seamless convenience. Just minutes from Midtown Ruidoso, Ski Apache, and hiking trails, this retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. Book now for a relaxing mountain escape! The Space: This cabin has a hot tub, is a smart home, nice front covered deck with mountain charm, and pet friendly! Guest Access: There is parking for 2 vehicles. You have your own private entrance and will be given a door code on day of arrival. The Neighborhood: The cabin is located in the Preferred Upper Canyon. Getting Around: Close to Midtown, coffee shops, dining, shopping, art galleries, and two lakes! Other Things to Note: Cabin has stackable washer/dryer and a cool hidden murphy bed . CHRISTMAS POLICY: For reservations during the Christmas Holiday, there will be a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights. Reservations cannot check in or check out on December 25th or January 1st. New reservations cannot create single-night gaps and may require additional nights to book based on existing reservations. All reservations MUST be paid in full by December 1st or at the time of the reservation if the reservation is booked after December 1st. There will be absolutely NO cancellations or changes 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: (Normal reservations other than holidays, etc.): If you give us 14 days or more notice, we will refund your FULL DEPOSIT less the cancellation fee\*. With less than 14 days’ notice, but greater than 7 days’ notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit less the cancellation fee\*. Less than 7 days’ notice, but greater than 48 hours’ notice, we will refund 25% of your deposit less the cancellation fee\*. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice, SORRY, you will be charged for 100% of the total reservation cost. Any reservation of 30 days or longer will require a 30-day notice to cancel. SPECIAL EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY: Specialty Weekends, Family Reunions, and Holidays such as Aspencade, Memorial Day, Spring Break, etc., require a FULL 30-DAY NOTICE to cancel for a full refund less the cancellation fee\*.
