2 bedrooms - each bdrm has one queen bed and one full bed. Total of four beds in the two bedrooms. There is also a queen air mattress in the living room closet. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, cozy fireplace, large open living room, huge covered front porch, ample parking, no steps , hot tub and pet friendly! Wild horses and elk frequently seen on property.

All trash to be removed upon departure and taken into bar proof trash receptacle to right of driveway / Hot tub temperature to be set back to 90°
