House deep cleaned before every guest, inside and outside. House located at end of cul-de-sac with no threw traffic. Charming and spacious home in the best possible location, secluded but only 5 minutes from downtown Ruidoso and 1/8th of a mile from Highway 70 on paved road with well maintained fenced backyard! Secured porch and fenced backyard.

Single story home has a great view of the mountains from every bedroom! Large deck for sipping your morning coffee and grilling in the afternoon.

Master bedroom has queen bed with en suite, and couch for lounging. The second largest room has king bed, third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth a full bed. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Entire house has original wood floors, only throw rugs. Professionally cleaned after each guest.
Street is graded and accessible in winter without a 4wd vehicle, with 2 entrances from highway 70.

We stayed for a quip trip into ruidoso for some snow tubing.

The house is perfect for family and the kids got excited to see a couple of mule deer in front of the house when we arrived.

Nice getaway

The house was very clean and described well. My family and I went for Labor Day weekend and enjoyed the scenery. Would recommend staying here if you have a large group of people.

Great Getaway Location

The house is located close enought to town, but secluded enough to be quiet and in the trees. Neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We had everything we needed to be cool and comfortable after sitting in the sun watching our kids play in basketball tournaments all day. The owner was very courteous and generous toward us during our stay. We would definitely stay in this home if available in the future.

Exactly as advertised

The place was EXACTLY as advertised, down to the deer in the front yard, which made my grandchildren very HAPPY! Unfortunately the weather was horrible, and we thought the event in Lincoln would be canceled, but we would've been happy just staying at this wonderful home. Thankfully the rain stopped and we made the event, but we'd like to rent it again in the summer for more like a week stay. Thank you!

Unusual stay. Window units. Had to cool it down when we got there. All kinds of food in cabinets and fridge. Maybe somebody lives there but rents it sometimes. Not sure. Beds were uncomfortable. Neighborhood is a little shady. Needs to be updated. House smelled weird.
