We did enjoy our stay. The house is comfortable and worked for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals! The house was clean for the most part, but discovered a little mold and coffee grounds in the coffee maker and some weird green blob in the washer. Bathrooms, bedrooms and living area were clean.The ping pong and pool tables were a fun addition for our family time!We absolutely loved the property, house and location and may make it our new "home" for our family annual trip!

Great layout and amenities for a large group. The ping pong table, pool table and hot tub were very popular among the teens. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and so much space for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect group getaway

The house was amazing and we took advantage of all the games. The four bedrooms makes this a great house with four couples, each couple had their own bathroom. The drive into town was easy and we saw wild horse, deer and elk. The sunsets were beautiful every night.

Fantastic Family Christmas Vacation

This beautiful home was the perfect "home base" for our Family Christmas Adventure. It comfortably accomidated the 10 of us and was 10 minutes from Ruidoso's Winter Park snow tubing, the movie theater, ice skating at Wingfield Park and Albertson's grocery store. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all of our meals and there was plenty of room for the family to gather together to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Will definitely keep it in mind for future adventures in Ruidoso.

Comfortable Home

I have stayed at this property twice. The location is close to Ruidoso, with essentials a 5-10 minute drive away. The property management do a good job of keeping the place clean and the kitchen and bathrooms have the essentials. The living space is very nice and perfect for our friends annual bike trip. The only thing to be aware of is that the internet is cell based, so can be spotty at times. If you are counting on streaming movies, it can be a little slow, but it does the job. Communication with the owner and property manager was great and they were very responsive to all my questions prior to renting the place. Definitely recommend for a spacious place with great views.
