Condo 224 is one level unit with an upstairs level entry. Able to walk to amenities, trout fishing lake, golf course and Texas Club Restaurant. The condo has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In the living room is a gas log fireplace and a queen size sofa bed. The total occupancy is 6 people. The condo has washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Mr. coffee coffee maker, central air and a covered back deck where you can sit and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee. Sleeps 6 people 1,080sq ft. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
