### Villa Daiana by Perle di Puglia

Elegant recently built property where the lawns enhance the wide open spaces and the beautiful pool.  
  
The comfortable bar gazebo with a barbecue and a modern oven for pizza, create a relaxing atmosphere far away from the chaos of everyday life.  
  
The villa is spread over one level: the entry foyer opens into a large open space area with elegant furniture.  
  
The sleeping area comprises a large modern bathroom, three modern double bedrooms are furnished with taste in a total atmosphere of relax and pure style. You will be fascinated by the master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet. The perfectly functional kitchen, rich in accessories opens into the dining room, which feature a comfortable and large wooden olive table.  
  
Outside the villa has two wooden roofs adjacent to the main body of the house, one of them is used for al fresco lunch or dinner with a modern table and chairs overlooking the well-equipped pool with beach chairs.  
  
In the large garden there is also a covered parking space.  
  
This beautiful villa is a perfect solution for a total relaxation and wellness and a memorable holiday!

\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Pool available from May to October.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
