One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is the best. Also the breakfast which is included is one of the best I had in a hotel in a long time. Just too good!

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!
