Intimate boutique hotel with amazing attention to detail. My start to finish I was treated like a queen. Greeted by Armando at the front desk who was warm and inviting. My room was so special. I got the panoramic king suite. Well worth the splurge. The outdoor space was amazing with lounge chairs a breakfast seating area and two chairs for sitting at night with a coffee or cocktail. The bathroom was extraordinary with a huge soaker tub and a shower that led to the outdoor space. The food at the upstairs bar was delicious. I ate there for breakfast and early dinner. The army is casual but the food is as good as a 5 star restaurant. All of the bartenders and servers were friendly and interesting. Carlos Fabian and Carlos Juan were a couple of my favorite bar tenders. Nelly in house keeping has my room sparkling. This is an adult only hotel and I loved that. It creates a sophisticated atmosphere. The decor is glitzy. The pool is smaller than a large resort but I had it to myself most of the time. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. You could tell they were very proud of the island and what it had to offer. One note: the pool on the 4th floor was what I consider odd. Not really a pool to swim in. Although we did not take advantage of it, the sister property around the corner had a pool available for our use. We did visit the bar and had some of the best drinks, with and without alcohol. It was a very chic vibe. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. I would recommend staying here.

This was a great location, though I did not feel there was any great restaurants nearby. It’s valet parking only unless you can actually find a parking spot, which is impossible.. we had a king size room which the bed was comfortable and changed quite often , but felt a little claustrophobic because the windows did not open to hear the ocean breezes. The staff was very prompt accommodating and very very nice. Service was awesome.! The food is quite good at the restaurant. Drinks are good. The pool is very small and very warm. We had problems with our air conditioning the last night.It was leaking through the ceiling quite badly. I don’t know why any hotel would have a barn door on the bathroom. We had no privacy and it did not work at all. I also wish they had a ledge or seat in the shower for shaving. It was advertised they had spa treatments, which I was planning on, but they had none of that. The only thing they had was a hair salon, and they also have no workout room which my husband was pretty disappointed that they did not have .overall we had a lovely stay, but would probably choose a different resort next time just because of lack of amenities. The people were awesome here though I have to say.
