About this property

Ruakaka River and Beach Apartment

  • Brand new, well appointed two bedroom apartment, fully self contained. Located within close proximity of main house but is a separate building. One carpark is allocated for guests, with extra parking if required. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, very private and has a security gate. Parking available for a boat as well.

    We are located on the Ruakaka River, and just a 2 min drive to Ruakaka Surf Beach, Bream Bay. Just a short drive to the World class Marsden Point Marina (5kms). Waipu (10kms), Waipu Cove & Whangarei City are all within easy reach.

    All amenities very close by - Supermarket, Medical Centre, Bank, Chemist, Liquor Store, Takeaways, Dentist and more.
