Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was nice, very comfortable bed.
Plenty of facilities in hotel, my stay was a good experience and I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and its not expensive to stay

The property seems to be family owned and seemed to be run a bit slap dash. The pictures online have had some photo shopping and first impressions were a bit of a letdown. Staff were thin on the ground and some were inexperienced in hospitality. The room was clean and tidy, although we did look in a suite which looked really nice so I would suggest you book one of these if you go. Excellent breakfast and food at the bar at night was excellent. Big up to the chef.
The hotel is well located to travel out to different areas of Exmoor and beyond. 8 / 10 if I was being honest.

"The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error ..."
