Perfectly located in the elegant historic Spa Town.. Just Minutes walk from the Train Station, Parks and the historic Pantiles. The Pantiles an impressively preserved Georgian colonnade houses shops, galleries, pubs, independent restaurants and cafes for today’s visitors. The flat has had a complete new refurbishment throughout and finished to a very high standard. The property is on a Victorian street which leads to a beautiful park, children's play area and the oldest pub in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The flat is light and airy with a dbl bedroom with cupboard and white company bed linen. There's an open plan kitchen, marble work tops, ceramic sink, oven/hobs with a work space/island breakfast bar with stools. The open plan living room has a velvet sofa, 43" smart TV, hi speed Wi Fi with direct charging points.
