Family visit
Excellent hotel in good location easy to find and 5 minutes from centre. Royal pumps room and Jephson gardens worth a visit.

The lady at reception was so helpful and friendly, she made us feel that norhing was to much to ask for. We came from Australia and if I had a business, I would be asking her to run it! What a treasure you have in her.

Bowls visit
Hotel was ok for our two night visit to England Bowls tournament in the town. Good central location & we were able to get one of the few car park places. Our room was at the front on first floor & there was a lot of traffic noise, in the morning particularly.
