Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, quiet, bright, private and close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town and the train station. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and transport are very close by. Enjoy local parks, and take walks along the canal and the river. (You can walk all the way along the river to Warwick Castle and St. Nicholas Park.) If you enjoy quality live music and craft beers in surprising locations, I will share our local secrets with you.
Your sunny studio room has an ensuite shower, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage.
Tea, coffee & basic breakfast items (bread, butter, eggs, jam, cereals and fruit) are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please just ask.
Linen and towels are provided, and extra layers for cooler nights are in the drawers. When it's really hot, take advantage of the powerful fan to cool things down.
The space
Since moving here in 2017, I have been improving the house and the annexe, and I am now busy transforming my very sunny garden from a wasteland to a sanctuary for you to enjoy.
As well as your comfortable annexe, you are welcome to sit out in the garden - your own table and chairs are right outside. See if you can spot William Shakespeare keeping an eye on things from the shrubbery. Fang, my adopted 14 year old cat, will probably join you on sunny days. She had been abandoned, and can play 'shy' but really loves being fussed.
You have cooking facilities in the annexe, including hot plates and slow cooker, but if you need an oven, you have access to the fully equipped dining kitchen in the house at any time on request.
Parking is available either on my drive or on the street.
Other things to note
A well behaved assistance dog is welcome - please let me know if you are bringing one.
