The stay is ALWAYS excellent.. the room was clean and beautifully decorated. The restaurant down stairs had great food options and an even greater pour of cocktails. My favorite hotel in Dallas.

If the elevators were in working order it would have been great! One elevator and our room was on the 17th floor. Which meant that the wait was up to 20 minutes andas multiple.people were trying to enter or exit floor t

Everything was wonderful

We had a great experience at the Omni for our daughter's birthday sleepover. There was a huge wedding happening that same weekend and after some mixups with the rooms we reserved over a month in advance we were upgraded to suites with adjoining doors. The young lady at the front desk and the manager worked hard and were very empathetic, professional and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and I really Appreciate them. The hotel was Beautiful and the girls had a Blast! :o)

The hotel is located near Reunion Tower, Dealey Plaza, train station, JFK Memorial/JFK Museum, and restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely nice, informative, and helpful. Our hotel room had a microwave, refrigerator, and views of Reunion Tower. The room was sparkling clean and maid service replenished our coffee packets every day. I loved the location of this hotel, amenities, hotel staff and the restaurant at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
