The rooms are divided as follows: Common room with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Rovinj. The villa is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (1500 m).
