It was a lovely suite in a great location in Rovinj. Amenities were perfect and it was spotless. However it was super difficult and confusing trying to contact staff. They asked that we contact them before about arrival time. We didn’t have a phone and so through the booking we left a message. I also contacted Expedia and they left a message. I tried calling from Canada but the number they gave did not work. We received an email from the management the day before that was confusing. It sounded like we were to go to the office instead of the property. In the end, they met us 15 minutes late but just by coincidence. They hadn’t revived any messages or emails. You must have a phone. Get a sim card upon arrival.
