The apartment is fine for what it is-zero frills accommodation. The lady cleaning is very sweet. Easy to find however please note, you have to pick up the keys from a bar that is a 5-7 min walk away. We didn’t know this and my kids sat outside freezing for 15-20min while I ran to find the key place. I was at B5 apartment, which had a large room and living room. Good kitchen, well equiped for preparing breakfast and food. The apartment was very clean. The location is amazing, very close to everything interesting in Rovaniemi city center. One point of improvement is the bathroom, especially the box shower. It is not easy at all to get in and out of it, it has around 80-100cm height and it is very small. I wonder about elderly guests or guests with some movement restriction: they would suffer a lot to get in and out from it. One had to collect the keys of the apartment from a bar attendent who could not communicate in English at all. Before that, locating the bar itself was a herculean task. Even Google map was off the mark. I spent about two hours in a snowy weather to complete the check in. The key-collection venue was different from the apartment location. I sincerely wish Expedia had informed me before hand that the apartment does not have a dedicated check-in desk. I wouln't have paid over Euro 287 for one night in this apartment.
