7 km to the north from Rovaniemi, located in the Arctic Circle in Santa Claus village, close to the area’s diverse services. The boutiques of Pajakylä, Santa's reception and his post office are only a few hundred meters away.  
  
Apartment in a semi-detached house, built in 2017\. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, sauna, washroom/WC, and covered terrace.  
On the upper floor bedroom with double bed, lobby with sofa bed, toilet and shower also upstairs.  
  
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and dishes.   
High-quality pre-made bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers are included in the price.
