The spa was amazing so relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of things to eat but it’s better to get there in the am when the food is fresh. Great room with an amazing view! The kid pool was very dirty though I’m talking about bugs and this whitish film. I hope they also have more amenities such as the club and kids area open up. Seems like still recovering from covid. But overall I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are lovely the beds are so comfortable, in a great location and the staff were so kind and polite and helpful. The speakeasy is fabulous and so fun. The only thing was the food at the pool bar was not very good but the drinks were great, and the food and service at the roof top bar Ammi, not so great. Otherwise highly recommend staying at Sofitel in Casco Viejo!

Fantastic property especially for an airport hotel! Great food and a gorgeous pool. Super convenient shuttle to and from the airport and extremely helpful staff. I don't speak much Spanish but they all were very proficient in English. Definitely recommend this property.
