The room was fairly good size and not bad. But the bed was awful. Had a hard time sleeping the night. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were sort of arrogant. Didn’t seem like they wanted to help much.

Well equipped apartment near everything. Place was clean & spacious for 2 people. Staff was very helpful over the phone with assigning us a storage for our luggages. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended.

Very convenient for Airport as Tram 2 stops, and hotel stop just 100 meters walk. Easy check-in, Pool was handy as 34C when we stayed. Lifts good, Aircon worked (just)but controls a bit weird. Kitchenet was handy with pod coffee machine, fridge, microwave and hob, plus all the crockery you will need. A nice big room and bed, with blackout curtains. All in all, a very pleasant 5 nights, especially after hot days walking in the city and amazing waterfront. Though you need your wits, with some narrow pavements and poorly marked bike lanes. My wife lost a pair of prescription designer sunglasses, we thought in the city after a boozy (Margeaux for 40 Euro!) dinner in one of the wonderful alfresco squares (doom and gloom) The room cleaner found them, they sent email and posted them to us at cost postage fee DHL. So pleased as £££! to replace. Tram,(line A) buy a week one, bargain at 29 euro unlimited hop on off trips. We usually hire a car(saved £300 and hassle), but thought as Bordeaux is a cars not wanted city, let's give it a go. We really enjoyed it, though 40 mins into city and many stops, it was never that busy and no trouble and a nice change from driving, traveling with the locals and seeing the city go by.. Tram 2 Stops from hotel to a giant Carrefour and shopping Centre, a must visit, its vast, and amazing wine selection.

"Friendly check in, but chap had to keep running out to stop folk/clients parking in the delivery area, including me. Large clean room for three adults, with great ensuite. Hotel right next door to a McD's, which could be handy, did have the police cruise through their car park around 8pm as we arrived, ..."
