Enjoy a large garden conducive to relaxation, a fitted veranda as a lounge flooded with light, ideal for gathering in any season, as well as a very well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle) to share delicious meals with family or friends. A true haven of peace to explore the riches of Périgord and experience an unforgettable stay.



For sleeping, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): has a double bed (160/200) and a bathroom with shower and WC.

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): has a double bed (140/200)

- Bedroom 3 (first floor): has a double bed (140/200)



A second bathroom with shower and WC is available for the other two bedrooms on the first floor.



Three parking spaces are at your disposal on the house plot.



For added comfort, you will have two mobile air circulators on the first floor in the bedrooms. You will find a desk on the landing, ideal for remote working. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities as well as a travel cot and high chair are at your disposal.

- This property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- This furnished accommodation has Wi-Fi access (fibre)

- Pets are accepted (maximum 3).

- Unsecured body of water on the grounds.
