Very basic room, not even a hot pot or coffee in room. The hotel is in need of a renovation . The area and roads around the hotel are under construction and very heavy car as well as foot traffic due to the hospital and medical facilities around the hotel. Very small tight parking lot. Staff are very nice .

Good location, 10 mIn walk to historic centre of Rouen with car parking available for a modest 8 euros. A simple basic hotel and staff helpfully moved us from a room next to the lift to a quieter location. Would use again.

Parking convenient

2 star hotel centrally located with parking. A few blovks from all the action, cathedrals, dining. Stay here because of parking. Not a luxury hotel, but very convenient for one night. Continental breakfast for extra 9.50 eu was sufficient and had okay options and specialty coffee machine. I will definitely stay ahain if I have a car.

This hotel smelled like an ashtray even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. And I was charged for parking even though there was nothing on Expedia. Do not book a room here!!
