"Parking was full when I arrived and I was told to park down the hill by the river. There was a graduation party and they were busy. I am a single 60 year old and was expected to lugg all my luggage up a hill on my own, I said I can't do that and was eventually told to park my car outside the hotel. At $65.00 per day fees that's not good enough. I lost my credit card an hour earlier so I had already paid for the hotel but I needed the card for deposit, I had plenty of cash but was told they do not accept cash. I couldn't pay with Australian dollars at a hotel in Australia? The manager was called, he kept telling me he couldn't accept cash then he said ok with a very disgruntled attitude he put my $50.00 notes under a counterfeit detector, I was treated like a criminal not a valued guest. The next morning I went shopping in Perth and placed a please clean my room on the door. I came back at 2.30 and the room had not been cleaned, they did apologize after I rang to let them know but I didn't want to go out again just to let the cleaner do her job. "

"Great place, Location amazing for 2 beautiful beaches at your door step Come at night, no instructions on electric blankets. Asked staff they didn’t know, figured it out ourselves for second night making it more comfortable Seagulls annoying at outside meal area and can ruin your meal Food fantastic, great value $100 a night surcharge to have our 6 month old baby stay in our own cot we bought a bit steep "

"Great room and staff. Disappointed in rooftop bar, noisy, unfriendly and no seating."

"The check-in was comfortable, the room was clean, logistics and elevators were in very good operating condition. The only drawback was lack of parking - the property was right in the middle of the city's high end shopping area with LV, Gucci, D&G, Rolex, Longines and a series of other top end brands surrounding the hotel. The walk to the train station was very comfortable but having to hire a car meant $30 per day extra costs."

"Room was clean when we returned. Had the club lounge access. Breakfast at the lounge was pretty good. Canapés & drinks session were amazing. New menu everyday. "
