Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Novotel Rotorua Lakeside
Was at the hotel for a conference and stayed in house. The breakfast was really good and the staff were LOVELY. The location is fabulous, right next to Eat St and beside the lake. I really enjoyed my stay.

Marsden Stay Rotorua
2 levels, if you require an elevator for access enquire directly to double check I didnt see an elevator. The room was nice but the TV wouldnt display (no signal) and I wasnt able to get it working. Called desk after-hours for assistance but gave up. I will definitely stay here again
