Great up until the point I had to check out, the receptionist came running out whilst putting my belongings in my vehicle, asking me to pay, but I explained I had already paid using the Hotels app, so I went back inside showed my bank statement and the email from Hotels.com to confirm.
I had also paid for breakfast but I wasn’t staying after being accused of not paying!!
She admitted she had me confused with another room, but I still felt angry I was made to feel like a liar.
Up until checkout I was more than happy.
