The maximum of 75 square meters apartment can be occupied by 4 people. The floor plan of the apartment is generous and this is stylishly furnished. The open beam position gives the apartment a special charm. The living room is equipped with cable TV, flat screen, CD player, sound system and a sofa bed. The living / dining room has a high quality dining table for 4 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed, flat screen with USB port and DC function. The bathroom is a full bath with shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. A roof exit (steep staircase) leads to a small terrace with seating for 2 people. From here you have a wonderful view over Warnemünde and the cruise ships. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment and suitable for allergy sufferers. The apartments in Warnemünde are true residences. They are located on the church square and thus in the heart of the old town. The house is renovated and the residences are very exclusive and furnished with great attention to detail. From here you walked quickly through the Warnemünde park to the promenade or to the beach of the Baltic Sea. It is also just a few minutes walk to the boulevard on the Old River in Warnemünde. Directly on the church square and in the side streets there are wonderful cafes, where you can have breakfast very well. And the restaurants on the Old Stream offer a wide variety of dishes from fish to bohemian dumplings. A parking space can be booked with the landlord at least 1 week before arrival. The parking fee is z. Wenn die Schlafstube gelüftet ist und das Fenster zu, hört man aber nichts. Die Umleitungen in Warnemünde sind eine Zumutung, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und der Bäcker im Erdgeschoss ist ideal, Edeka 50m entfernt und Gaststätten, in die man mit Hausschuhen gehen könnte. Besonders nett fanden wir die kleine Dachterrasse. Man muss allerdings körperlich fit genug sein, um die steile Treppe und den Ausstieg zu bewältigen… Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, mitten im Zentrum. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar inkl. Strand. Ebenso ist der Bahnhof nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, es empfiehlt sich ein Ausflug nach Rostock. Das Auto lässt man am besten im benachbarten Parkhaus stehen, der Vermieter kümmert sich bei Bedarf um die Reservierung. Der einzige Nachteil der zentralen Lage ist der Lärmpegel abends sowie früh morgens. Zum Schlafen sollte man die Fenster geschlossen halten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! ##### Sascha T. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Herzen vom Seebad und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Fünf bis acht Minuten zum Strand und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die FeWo war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche hatte alles was wichtig ist. Die FeWo lag im zweiten Stock und wir haben die Fernsicht jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen. ##### Heino K.
