Ich habe die FeWo Ende Oktober 2023 zum ersten Mal genutzt und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. Sie liegt in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Villenviertel unweit vom Hbf. ÖPNV und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Netto) sind fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht, praktisch, gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Hinweise: Die Fewo liegt im Souterrain, falls das stören sollte. Beim Verlassen der Fewo immer den Schlüssel mitnehmen, sonst fällt die Tür zu und man hat sich ausgesperrt! ##### Martin S.
