An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: **Ground floor**: Living room with 1 baby bed, lounge, dinette, TV and ON REQUEST an additional person can be accommodated at the price of 15,00 € per night (to be paid on site). The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (freezer). You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine. **1st floor**: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
