"CitizenM is a really cute hotel chain with a consistent look and feel. It’s perfect for artsy types and digital nomads. Their Paris hotels have great coworking spaces, although I’m not a fan of the reservation system. Still, they’re great places to work. I personally like the rooms. They’re very compact, but they have everything you need, from an iron to a hair dryer. I do wish they welcomed guests with a bottle of water. Filtered water is available at the bar, but getting it can take way too long. They could really use a couple of self-service water stations. For some reason, the women on staff were especially warm and wonderful, particularly Kika (maybe Keeka) When I needed an ice pack, she improvised one using ice and a plastic glove. Smart! The men were mostly curt and unfriendly. Maybe it’s because I’m not a hot lady. Haha. Who knows?"

"We stayed one night before our trip back to the airport. The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The kids loved the kid corner and the small indoor pool. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and great coffee options too!"

"Accommodation was ok, although it did not look anything like the photos. Also had to clean the sofa before making the bed which was not ideal on the first day. The flat was small & compact and not ideal for anyone over 5ft really. The toilet and separate shower rooms very small & tight. Very basic set up in the kitchen but had everything needed to make a meal if needed. One big thing missing was any air conditioning, being at the top was very hot and only had 3 small fans. No natural daylight into the flat as when kitchen window is opening it’s blocked by growing plants. Window in lounge also did not open well due to sofa being in the way. Very tight and awkward mezzanine floor to get to the bed on hands and knees A smalls and very tight steps up to the 2nd bedroom but this could be accessed by another door. As a base to stay it was ok for a short trip."

"Air conditioning was locked at 20 celsius so still hot. Junior suite rooms said it was accessible for people with mobility issues but there was no lift and large luggage had to be carried up a very small spiral staircase. Room freshening during stay was fair but not great. Bathroom was very dated. Do not rely on hair dryer provided in room - did not work well. Only provided refreshments on first night and not each night. Breakfast later in the morning was very depleted and slow to be refilled by staff."

"Hotel was a 10 minute walk from the metro and is surrounded by convenient shops so location wise is good if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of central Paris. Be aware despite hotels.com and other websites offering interconnecting rooms they do not exist at this hotel, we ended up with 2 rooms next to each other which we made work but certainly wasn’t what we were expecting. This aside it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel but for solo travellers and couples only."

"As a solo traveler, my experience was great. Clean room, good AC, helpful staff. Room was exactly as advertised and was ready on time. They have a room (unlocked) to store baggage before or after checkout which was really helpful for me."
