You will be spending your vacation in the Monferrato Casalese area between the Po Valley and the hills of Monferrato, which is home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Sacred Mount of Crea and the Monferrato des Infernot wine-growing area, one of the six areas in the Piedmont Wine Region: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato. The Sacred Mount of Crea in the wooded natural park consists of the sanctuary, 23 chapels and five hermitages and is definitely an interesting excursion destination. Visit the historic towns of this corner of Italy, such as Asti or Alessandria, and discover the hilly landscapes, cozy villages and taste the regional cuisine.
