At the entrance, a picturesque garden welcomes you with a pool overlooking the vineyards and the surrounding rolling hills. Every corner invites you to slow down: read a book in the shade of a centuries-old tree, enjoy breakfast among the flowers, relax by the pool, or simply lose yourself in the boundless view of the Monferrato landscape. Around the pool, comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas, and cushions create the ideal space to enjoy the long summer days.

The main house features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cosy sitting area leading to the sleeping quarters, and a separate living room, designed for relaxing winter evenings. The property also includes an additional full bathroom and a laundry area.

On the ground floor, the staircase on the left leads to three double bedrooms, served by a shared bathroom. The master bedroom, accessible via the staircase on the right, features an en-suite bathroom, access to the terrace, and an additional sitting area reserved exclusively for guests of the suite.

On the other side of the courtyard, the second independent unit offers a charming private living room and a dedicated relaxation area.

Beneath this second unit, a charming covered portico houses an outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals surrounded by nature, comfortably sheltered from the sun.
