Villa Magnolie is a charming Tuscan villa perched on a scenic hillside with breathtaking sea views—a unique blend of history and style. Originally built in the early 1900s by renowned architect Guglielmini, the villa has been beautifully restored to preserve its historic charm while combining classic Tuscan architecture with a curated mix of antique and modern furnishings.  
  
Just 1 km from the coast, you can drive down to your own private parking space, reserved exclusively for you. This offers convenient beach access while ensuring the peace and privacy of the elevated location.  
  
Inside, the villa is bright and airy, with windows on all sides filling the space with natural light and refreshing sea breezes. The living room features vintage and modern pieces, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The recently built designer kitchen, with a central island crafted by an Italian design house, is fully equipped for memorable culinary experiences.
