Immersed in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and close to the sea, the property has been carefully restored to preserve its original structure and historic character. The holiday home is located on the ground floor, is completely independent from the rest of the building, and offers 95 m² of comfortable living space. It features a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, and a full set of crockery and accessories. The private entrance opens directly onto an exclusive-use garden enriched with aromatic Mediterranean plants. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de omgeving en de ruime tuin. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk. Komen af en toe langs voor onderhoud en brachten een paar keer verse tomaten en komkommers uit hun eigen tuin mee. Mocht er iets zijn, dan kan je ze goed bereiken. Ook geven ze leuke tips wat je in de omgeving kan doen.
