Ideally located just steps from shops, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and the public beach, the apartment is on the ground floor of a recently renovated private villa. Completely independent and set in a peaceful area, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning for summer and winter, dishwasher, and washing machine for your convenience. The apartment is barrier-free and has step-free interiors.  
  
Outside, a spacious furnished porch with large awnings and a private garden awaits, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. A barbecue is available for enjoyable outdoor dinners.  
  
There are 2 on-site parking spaces. Small pets are welcome during your stay. The apartment is just 80 meters from the sea, ideal for swimming and relaxation.
